The drying tower is designed with no winches on the top and bottom, and the upper and lower chutes are made of stainless steel, truly achieving multi-purpose use in one machine. It can dry granular grains such as rice, wheat, sorghum, soybeans, rapeseed, corn, etc. The top and bottom of the machine are designed with unloading ports, which can save time and cost for grain stations and farmers.

 

Product configuration:

  • Configure a disc throwing and evenly distributing device, ensuring even material scattering and smoother drying.
  • Configure grain impurity dust removal design to reduce the impurity content in grain drying.
  • The new mixed flow wind direction design ensures even heating of the drying chamber, uniform and transparent drying of grains, and more efficient drying.
  • The design of the upper and lower non twisting dragon chutes greatly reduces the crushing rate.
  • Imported online moisture meters can be used to dynamically detect grain moisture in real-time, with high accuracy and leveling.
  • Using nylon bucket, it has high wear resistance, strong impact resistance, and high filling coefficient.
  • The drying tower is equipped with upper and lower grain discharge gates, multiple units and multiple grain discharge methods to reduce grain discharge time.
  • The drying chamber is equipped with a slow drying section to alleviate the rapid cooling of grain after drying, reduce the rate of bursting waist, and make the grain drying more uniform.
